Hi, I'm Owen. An adventure and underwater photographer driven by a deep passion for exploration and storytelling. From towering mountain peaks to the hidden wonders of kelp forests beneath the surface, I strive to showcase the breathtaking beauty of our world.
For me, photography is more than just capturing images; it's about sharing the wonder of remote landscapes, vibrant marine life, and even the unexpected beauty found right on our doorstep. My goal is to inspire others to seek their own adventures, explore the unknown, and develop a deeper appreciation for the world around us.

MY JOURNEY

My love for photography began when my brother introduced me to the exposure triangle, setting me on a path of creative discovery. With his guidance, I honed my skills, and after finishing school, I began working as a climbing instructor—photographing competitions and outdoor climbers in action.

Adventure has always been at the heart of my work. I’ve traveled to Norway in search of muskox, camping overnight in a snowstorm with -20°C winds. I’ve filmed climbers while suspended on ropes halfway up cliffs. 

In the summer of 2024, I took my photography beneath the surface, learning underwater photography under the guidance of Aaron Sanders. Taking my camera underwater opened up an entirely new world and reignited my love for diving. Having a purpose beneath the waves strengthened my connection to the ocean, shaping the direction of my work.

Now, I’m studying Marine and Natural History Photography at Falmouth University, continuing to push my boundaries and share the stories of the natural world—above and below the surface.
